The husband and I walked up a footpath in the Bosc de Bellver leading to the Castell one gorgeous day.  The air was filled with the sound of buzzing cicadas, and smelled of the trees and the sea.

My husband is a devoted tennis fan, so of course one of our stops in Palma de Mallorca was the Mallorca Tenis Club, where Rafael Nadal played some as a junior.  I painted a couple of views I found during our meander through the club.
